Job Description

We are seeking an AI Governance Lead to own our responsible AI program. You will develop and enforce AI risk frameworks across the organization, conduct algorithmic impact assessments, and ensure compliance with the EU AI Act, GDPR, and emerging US state regulations. You will partner with legal, engineering, and product teams to review high-risk AI use cases before deployment, design model documentation standards, and lead incident response for AI-related harms. You will also advise the executive team on AI policy, run training for staff on responsible AI practices, and represent the company in industry working groups on AI regulation. The role requires translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, staying current on a rapidly changing regulatory landscape, and making judgment calls where rules are ambiguous. You will chair the internal AI Review Board and own the AI risk register.
